Administration Coordinator

Administration Coordinator: 

DUTIES:

Handles the day to day administrative needs of HFC including, but not limited to:

  • Managing the Huskies Fastpitch Club email account.
  • Communicating the respective needs from the community (HFC families, fundraisers, player/league/tournament inquiries, etc.) to the appropriate HFC board committee heads and/or executive committee in a timely manner.
  • Aiding HFC committees in administrative needs (registration support, player evaluation admin, fundraiser errands, etc.)
  • Working alongside committee heads to communicate HFC needs from families (registration fee collection, birth certificate confirmation, etc.)

 

TIME COMMITTMENT:

The time commitment will be variable based on the ongoings of HFC.

It is expected that this position will require regular attention all 12 months of the year.

Initially it will be expected to average approximately 5 to 10 hours per week requirement.

 

COMPENSATION:

This is a paid position from HFC funds at an amount to be discussed.

 

ROLE WITH BOARD:

This position is expected to attend the regular HFC board meetings and events (as requested). However, this position is a non-voting participant in board activities and rulings.
